Data Deletion

How to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you.

You can ask us to delete the personal information digiPeeps holds about you at any time. Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access and correct your information, and we honour deletion requests wherever we're not legally required to keep it.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@digipeeps.ai from the address we have on file (or tell us how to verify you), and say what you'd like deleted. We'll confirm, action it, and let you know once it's done, usually within 30 days.

What we can and can't delete

We'll delete marketing and enquiry data on request. Some records (e.g. tax and invoicing) we're legally required to retain for a set period; we'll tell you if that applies and delete them once the period ends.
